Rosannah’s time with us is coming to an end, and we are now recruiting for a Compost Coordinator, Farm Worker, and seasonal Market Garden Helper
We have a range of part-time responsibilities to recruit for.
We are recruiting in a flexible manner, as we are open to one or two people taking on these responsibilities.

Compost Coordination: 11.5 hours/week on Monday or Tuesday (half day), and Thursday (full day). To lead on all site composting, including the Soil Factory Composting project. This includes completing weekly collections (by e-bike + trailer), processing of food scraps, turning it into high quality compost, new customer acquisition, and administration.
Saturday Volunteer Day Coordination: 6 hours/week on Saturdays. In this role, you’ll co-facilitate our Saturday volunteer sessions, welcoming new people with a clear induction and guiding volunteers through their tasks with practical instruction and support. You’ll help foster a warm, sociable environment, ensure safe and effective volunteering, and stay in close contact with our Shop volunteers, offering extra support or stepping in when needed.
Seasonal Market Gardening help: 8 hours/week (seasonal) on Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday or Friday. This role is based in our new market garden space, working under the guidance of our Market Garden Manager. It is a seasonal role, only required during the summer months (currently from January through til the end of April).
